How do I check my bill?
Getting used to your first bill for a new service can take some time. In order to help you to reduce this time to a minimum, we have put together these hints for you when accessing to your Vodafone Private Area (Mi Vodafone).
Access Mis facturas to manage different options related to your company bills like:Check your account balance or Review/dowload previous bills.
Also you have the option of download your pdf bill.
You can Update company details information related to your bill, like the billing address or the bank account where your bills will be charged.
If you have more than one Vodafone line (different numbers), you have to select the line number on which you want to check from the menu located at the top left hand side of your screen.
Viewing your bill online is easy and free, plus it is better for the environment! Enjoy the benefits of becoming paperless:
- You can receive notifications by SMS and emails when your bill is available (check how to activate these notifications).
- Your paperless bill meets all the legal requirements and you can access it securely and at your convenience.
Additionally, you can request a change in language in order to get your invoice delivered in English, accessing the menu Facturas > Configuración de facturas.
